I started Pawn X-Change in 1993.  Jack Richlen helped locate almost every one of the 30 stores we had in Washington state.  He helped us when no other brokers would.  He successfully helped me negotiate every one of our leases and renewals.  He had a significant impact on the success of our real estate.  He worked for long periods of time without any compensation and furthermore never let his commission get in the way of making a deal.
