EXPERIENCE
From 1972 to 1987 held the position of Senior Trust Officer working with closely held businesses, appraising and selling properties. In 1487 the focus of responsibilities moved toward real estate management as Manager of Trust Real Estate, Washington overseeing $110 million in assets. Hired and trained a team of property managers and assistants dedicated to the highest possible levels of customer service – Oversaw multiple short and long-term projects (land development, rental issues, remodels, tenant improvements, maintenance, repairs, leasing, sales). Administered in client’s best interest generating and increasing revenues.
In 1996 US Bank was purchased by First Bank Systems. Advanced to Northwest Regional Manager in 1997 responsible for over $210 million in assets. Maintained a large portfolio of assets and oversaw property management covering a 6-state region (Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada and Utah).
